Payment methods
Payment can be made online through Stripe and by credit card
Postage costs
We are happy to offer free worldwide shipping with any purchase over USD$200.
For purchases under $200 shipping costs are as follows:
Australia – standard USD$10, express $15
New zealand – standard USD$12, express $15
International – standard USD$15, express $25
(standard shipping 5 – 7 business days, express shipping 2 -3 business days)
*All shipping times and rates depend on third party postage and courier services and may vary from time to time.
Processing your order
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding AUS public holidays) will be processed the following business day and, pending credit card verification, will be shipped within three business days.
Orders placed on non-business days will be processed the following business day and will be shipped, pending credit card verification, within three business days from the day of processing.
Importation costs
All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware each country has different laws regarding importation of certain products. We advise contacting local Customs office for current charges in your country to understand the value threshold in your country and import taxes from goods coming from Australia.
Returns

Returns are accepted for exchange. returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the purchase and they must be pre-authorised by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached and a tracking number for returned goods must be provided. merchandise that has been worn or washed is unable to be returned. we do not offer a refund on sale items, merchandise that was purchased on sale is able to be returned for a credit note or exchanged for another product or size. please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. once we have received your return we will process your credit | exchange within 2 business days.
